The 2008-2009 school year will mark Don Gallaher's 15th year of instruction with the Trabuco Hills High School Instrumental Music Program and he is the Color Guard Caption Head. Don previously worked at Trabuco Hills High School, for nine years, as the Winter Guard Drill Designer, from 1993-2001. In 2003, Don rejoined the instrutional staff. Don will once again be the Winter Guard Drill Designer for the Winter Guard, as well as a Color Guard Instructor during the fall season. Don is also in his third year of writing the drill for the fall season.
     Don has taught many high schools and Drum Corps throughout his many years of involvement in this activity. Don previously was the Drill Designer and Visual Caption Head for the Pacific Crest Drum & Bugle Corps, as well as the Program Coordinator for the Pacific Crest Winter Guard until 2006. He also operates the JPS Design Group, which specializes in providing show design and instruction for groups throughout the Southern California area.
