ROBERT BOWEN
For the 2018-2019 school year, Robert Bowen will be in his 19th year as a Percussion Instructor at Trabuco Hills High School, with this being his thirteenth year as the Percussion Caption Head.
Robert Bowen has been working as a highly sought after percussion designer/ instructor since 1998. In his 20 years as a percussion designer/instructor, he has worked with more than 30 percussion programs at the High School, Independent, and Drum Corps level. Robert currently teaches at five high schools in the Southern California area including Nogales, Diamond Bar, and Trabuco Hills. He was on the design team for George Mason University in 2014 and the Percussion Caption Head for the Sacramento Mandarins 2013-2016.
Robert is also an adjudicator in the winter where he judges the GE caption for multiple indoor drum line circuits across the country. He also is a fall and winter drill designer and an arranger for projectrisemusic.com. Robert is endorsed by Promark Drumsticks and Evans Drumheads and loves to mountain bike and golf. He resides in Ontario, California.
