BINGO

Hosted by the Trabuco Hills High School Music Boosters, Bingo is the largest fundraiser for the Trabuco Hills High School Instrumental Music Program. All funds raised go to support all performing ensembles within the program. Bingo happens every Thursday Night in the Trabuco Hills High School MPR, with a few exception for scheduled school events. Doors open at 4:00pm. The games start at 6:00pm.

Clothing Order Form

The music boosters sell lots of Spirit Wear and accessories to the students and parents of the music program. Some are optional items and and some required items. NEW FOR 2023-2024: All our Spiritwear can now be ordered directly from our partner Designs at Fit, located here: https://www.designsthatfit.net/store/c20/Instrumental_Music.html. Ralphs Grocery Card Registration

Participants can start registering for the new term on September 01, 2023. To ensure your organization continues to receive the benefits of the program, your supporters will need to register and/or re-register as quickly as possible on or after that date at www.ralphs.com . It is also extremely important that we have up-to-date organization contact information. Email us at community.programs@ralphs.com with any changes to your primary or secondary contact on the organizations’ account. Please pass the following information on to all your supporters, family and friends who would like to participate: Participants are required to register for the new term online at www.ralphs.com or by calling us at 800-443-4438 starting September 01, 2023.

Hour-a-Thon

The Adrenaline Hour-a-Thon Fundraiser will be held on Monday, March 18, 2024 from 7:00pm until 8:00pm PST. Proceeds raised will help support the general music program and all performing ensembles. Spread the word!

Family Dine Out Nights

About once a month, we participate in a Family Dine Out Night at a local eatery. If you bring the the flyer and eat at the selected restaurant on the day of the event, the music programs earns a % of the sales for the event. Happy Dining!

Mattress Sale Fundraisers

Mattress Sales Fundraiser Flyer - September 2023

The 10th Annual Trabuco Hills High School Mattress Fundraiser will be held at the Trabuco Hills High School in Mission Viejo, California on Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 10:00am until 5:00pm. We are please to host this one of a kind fundraising event. This event has been VERY successful for programs all over Southern California and In order for us to have success with this event we NEED your help ! Families will have an opportunity to help promote event to family & friends, purchase a brand new quality mattress set if they are in need.

TITH Program Ads

Tournament in the Hills is the largest, single-day fundraising event of the year for the Music Program. It is one of our biggest fundraisers and a lot of fun. A program is put together to list the various bands performing. We also provide space for advertisers. This is a great way to get friends, family, neighbors, workplace and others involved. Ads run from $20 to $200 depending on the size. All proceeds benefit the music program. The deadline to submit ads is Friday, October 13, 2023 or until all ad space is secured!

Clothing & Shoe Drive Fundraiser

THHS Music Families, we are asking every music family to donate 10 full bags of soft goods (clothing, blankets, towels, pillows, shoes, accessories etc.) for our annual Clothing & Show Drive Fundraiser. Donations do not need to be from your home--check with neighbors or local garage sales that will donate unsold soft goods after their sale is over. We have had a lot of success reaching out this way! This fundraiser will take place on Sunday, February 04, 2024 @ THHS from 9:00am until 11:00am.

See's Candy Fundraiser

Once again, the Music Boosters will embark on a holiday See's Candy Fundraiser. This is a fundraiser will start in October 2023 and go through November 2023. 7th Annual Oso Fit 5K Fun Run & Community Health Fair

The 7th Annual Oso Fit 5K Fun Run & Community Health Fair will be held @ Norman P. Murray Community Center in Mission Viejo, California on Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 7:30am until 11:00am. Reach out to those family and friends of yours who are runners, or even walkers, and let them know about this event. Participants can pre-register online and donate their registration fee to our program by designating “Trabuco Hills High School Music Boosters” as the non-profit organization. Please share the flyer below with family, friends, local organizations and of course social media! The more eyes and customers aware about our campaign, the more funds that we can earn!

3rd Annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser

The 3rd Annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser will be held @ Trabuco Hills High School Gymnasium on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 starting at 6:00pm. The event will be capped at 100 people and will be followed by the 2024 Solo & Ensemble Concert. The evening should conclude around 8:00pm. Please spread the word and come out for some good food and great music!

Graduation Lei Sales

Hosted by the Trabuco Hills High School Music Boosters, the last fundraiser of the 2023-2024 school year is the Graduation Lei Fundraiser. Congratulations 2024 Grads! To help you celebrate in style, THHS Music Boosters in partnership with Kahuna Flowers have gorgeous graduation leis and flowers along with custom Kukui Nut Leis available to purchase online. Head on over to kahunafundraising.com and put in Trabuco Hills for the school. Online pre-orders end on TBD*, 2024.
