BINGO

Bingo is the largest fundraiser supporting the Trabuco Hills High School Instrumental Music Program. Every game played helps fund instruments, music, uniforms, food, equipment, and performance opportunities for all performing ensembles. Join us every Thursday for an evening of fun, community, and friendly competition while supporting our talented student musicians and performers. Bingo is held in the THHS Multi-Purpose Room (MPR), with occasional schedule changes due to school events. Doors open at 4:00 PM, and games begin at 6:00 PM.

TOURNAMENT IN THE HILLS ("TITH") - PROGRAM ADS

The 34th Annual Tournament in the Hills ("TITH") is the largest, single-day fundraising event of the year for the Instrumental Music Program. A program booklet is put together to showcase the participating school. Additionally, we also provide space for advertisements throughout the booklet. This is seen by over 4000 participating and spectators on the day of the event. It is a great way to get friends, family, neighbors, workplace, and others involved. Ads run from $20 to $200 depending on the size. All proceeds benefit the instrumental music program. The deadline to submit ads is Tuesday, October 20, 2026 or until all ad space is secured! FAMILY DINE OUT NIGHT

About once a month, we participate in a Family Dine Out Night at a local eatery. When you dine in, carry out, or order drive-through at the selected restaurant on the day of the event, the music program earns a percentage of the sales for the event. Happy dining!

Show your THHS Music pride with our selection of Spirit Wear and accessories for students, parents, family members, and supporters. Some items are optional, while others are required for specific ensembles. All Spirit Wear can be ordered directly through our partner, Designs That Fit. RALPHS COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM

Support the THHS Instrumental Music Program every time you shop at Ralphs - at no cost to you! Simply enroll in the Ralphs Community Rewards Program and select Trabuco Hills High School Music Boosters (or use code AT477) as your preferred nonprofit organization. Ralphs contributes $500,000 each quarter to participating organizations. Our share is based on the eligible purchases made by supporters who have selected THHS Music Boosters, so the more families who enroll and shop, the more our music program can earn! MARCH-A-THON

The annual March-a-Thon is one of our most important student-led fundraisers lead by the members of the Thundering Mustangs Marching Unit. On Saturday, August 29, 2026, student musicians will participate in an all-day rehearsal while raising pledges from family, friends, neighbors, and supporters. At the conclusion of rehearsal, families and guests are invited to attend a special performance showcasing the progress our students have made as they prepare their marching field show for the season. Every gift helps provide meals, essential resources, and performance opportunities, ensuring our student musicians have what they need to learn, perform, and succeed. March-A-Thon Pledge Form

ORCHESTRA LETTER WRITING CAMPAIGN

Let’s turn letters into support for our student musicians! In September, orchestra families can help by providing their students with contact information of family and friends who would love the opportunity to support our music program. Students will send personalized letters inviting them to make a donation. Every letter sent has the potential to make a difference, so let’s spread the word and make this campaign a success!

SEE'S CANDY

Celebrate the holiday season while supporting the Trabuco Hills High School Instrumental Music Program! Our annual See’s Candy Fundraiser runs November 2–30, 2026, making it easy to check a few names off your holiday shopping list while supporting our student musicians and performers. Shop a delicious selection of See’s Candies for family, friends, coworkers, teachers, holiday gatherings, or yourself! OSO FIT 5K FUN RUN & COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR

The 10th Annual Oso Fit 5K Fun Run & Community Health Fair will be held @ Norman P. Murray Community Center in Mission Viejo, California on Saturday, February 27, 2027 from 7:30 AM until 11:00 AM. Reach out to those family and friends of yours who are runners, or even walkers, and let them know about this event. Participants can pre-register online and donate their registration fee to our program by designating “Trabuco Hills High School Music Boosters” as the non-profit organization. Please share the flyer below with family, friends, local organizations and of course social media! The more eyes and customers aware about our campaign, the more funds that we can earn!

Oso Fit 5K Fun Run & Community Health Fair

CLOTHING & SHOE DRIVE

We’re asking every music family to donate as many full bags of gently used soft goods as possible for our annual Clothing & Shoe Drive Fundraiser. Accepted items include clothing, shoes, towels, accessories, backpacks, and other soft goods. Also, the donations don’t have to come just from your own home! Ask friends, family, neighbors, or even check with local garage sales to see if they would be willing to donate their unsold items after the sale. We’ve had great success collecting additional donations this way in the past. This fundraiser will take place on Sunday, March 21, 2027 @ THHS from 9:00 AM until 11:00 PM.

Clothing & Shoe Drive Fundraiser

HOUR-A-THON

The Adrenaline Hour-a-Thon is a fast-paced, one-hour fundraising event that empowers our students to support the program through their own outreach efforts. On Wednesday, March 24, 2027, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, students will reach out to family, friends, neighbors, and supporters from their prepared contact lists, inviting them to make a donation. Every gift helps ensure our student musicians and performers are supported both on and off the stage, from meals during long event days to the resources they need to excel.

SPAGHETTI DINNER

The 6th Annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser will be held @ Trabuco Hills High School Gymnasium on Tuesday, April 27, 2027 starting at 6:00 PM. The event will be capped at 60 people and will be followed by the 2027 Solo & Ensemble Concert. The evening should conclude around 8:00 PM. Please spread the word and come out for some good food and great music!

GRADUATION LEIS

Hosted by the Trabuco Hills High School Instrumental Music Boosters, the last fundraiser of the 2026-2027 school year is the Graduation Lei Fundraiser. To help you celebrate in style, THHS Music Boosters in partnership with The Commencement Group have graduation leis, flowers, and custom Kukui Nut Leis available to purchase online.
