The 2023 Trabuco Hills High School Instrumental Music Awards Banquet at the William Lyon Homes Ballroom, Bell Tower Regional Community Center in Rancho Santa Margarita, California on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Mark this date on your calendar as it is always a special day for every student in the music program!!! Doors open at 4:30pm and the Banquet begins at 5:00pm. The Banquet will end at approximately 9:00pm

- The completed form and payment is due no later than Monday, May 01, 2023
      - Cash / Check made payable to 'THHS Music Boosters: $35 for each student and $40 for each parent / family member. Drop in the booster mailbox in the music room.
      - PayPal to the THHS Music Boosters: $36 for each student and $41 for each parent / family member using the Donations & Payments page

 

DRESS CODE (strictly enforced)

GENTLEMEN

- Sport Coat or Suit (preferred but not required)
- Long or Short-Sleeved Dress Shirt (collared) and/or dress Oxford Button-Down with a tie - No Polo Shirts!
- Dress Slacks or Khaki Pants - No shorts!
- Appropriate Dress Shoes and Socks, or other presentable shoes -- No Sneakers, Sandals, Flip-Flops, Work/Military Boots, etc.!

LADIES

- Skirts or Dresses (no more than 3 inches above knee)
- Slacks / Pantsuit
- Coordinating Blouse Dress
- Shoes (closed or open-toed) or Boots - No Sneakers, Sandals, Flip-Flots, Work / Military Boots, etc.!

 

MORE DETAILS

- All attending families are expected to be current with their ensemble donations
- Priority will be reserved for students first, and then family members
- Celebrate in the accomplishments and memories from this past school year
- There will be a Photo Booth, Magician and DJ for entertainment
- Awards and Recognitions will be given
- This will be a fun night - so come out!
