COLOR GUARD

The Trabuco Hills High School Winter Guard is the 2025 Winter Guard Association of Southern California (WGASC) Championships Scholastic A (SA) 14th Place Finalist. The Color Guard is under the direction of Don Gallaher (Caption Head) and Madysen Marsh (Co-Caption Head & Choreographer), with assistance from Kaitlin Stapleton.

The major accomplishments of the Trabuco Hills High School Color Guard are listed in the Trabuco Hills High School Instrumental Music Program Resume: 1992-2026.

During the fall season, the Color Guard is part of the Thundering Mustangs Marching Unit. As such, these members are required to attend all marching unit rehearsals and events. During the fall season, rehearsals are typically Tuesdays from 3:00pm until 7:00pm, Wenesdays rom 2:45pm until 5:30pm, Thursdays from 5:00pm until 9:00pm, and Fridays and Saturdays at varying dates and times.

In the winter season, the Winter Guard will compete in the Scholastic A (SA) Class in the Winter Guard Association of Southern California (WGASC) circuit. During the winter season, rehearsals are typically Tuesdays from 2:45pm until 5:30pm, Wednesdays from 2:45pm-5:30pm, Thursdays from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and Fridays from 2:45pm until 5:30pm (starting in March).
