PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE
The Trabuco Hills High School Percussion Ensemble is the 2022 Southern California Percussion Alliance (SCPA) Championships Percussion Scholastic A (PSA) 4th Place Finalist. The Percussion Ensemble is under the direction of Donovan Alanes (Caption Head), Robert Bowen (Caption Head), with assistance from Tyler Doan, Brandon Pozzo and Emily Cabug.

During the fall season, the Percussion Ensemble is part of the Thundering Mustangs Marching Unit. As such, these members are required to attend all marching unit events. During the fall season, rehearsals are typically Mondays from 2:50pm until 5:30pm, Tuesdays from 2:50pm until 5:30pm, Thursdays from 5:00pm until 9:00pm, Fridays from 2:50pm until 5:03pm and Saturdays at varying dates and times.
In the winter season, the Percussion Ensemble will compete in the Percussion Scholastic A (PSA) class in the Southern California Percussion Alliance (SCPA) circuit. During the winter season, rehearsals are typically Wednesdays from 6:00pm until 9:00pm, Thursdays from 3:40pm until 5:30pm and Fridays from 3:00pm until 6:00pm. The Winter 2023 Show is Entitled "Here We Stand".
